One of Southeast Asia's greatest overland adventures. This trip, which includes a trekking is for adventurous travelers, eager to explore one of the least traveled areas of the region. Guaranteed departure with two travelers, every Saturday and Tuesday from Bangkok. The trip starts with an overnight sleeper train to Northern Thailand. From here, we explore the jungle-clad mountains of Northern Laos on a full day hike through the Nam Ha Nature Reserve. On this trek a hunter from the Akha minority will accompany you and display his bird calling skills. You have another day to explore Luang Namtha and surrounding on your own, perhaps by rented bicycle. 

The trip ends in Luang Prabang, the former royal capital of Laos, now a UNESCO heritage site.
